Norwegen – Computerunterstützung und -beratung – Procurement of a framework agreement for a strategic ICT partner for data, insight and decision support, for Sykehusbygg HF.

The objective of the procurement is to establish a strategic partner who shall contribute to the development, management and development of Sykehusbygg HF ́s data and insight capacity. The partner shall not only provide limited consultancy services, but be a part of an integrated professional collaboration partner who contributes to realising the Contracting Authority's digital goals, strengthening decision basis and ensuring an overall and future orientated development of the entity's data and insight platform. The procurement includes assistance with the establishment, further development, management and scaling of a modern data and insight platform for handling large and complex amounts of data connected to planning, implementation and follow-up of projects in the specialist health service.
