Norwegen – Laborgeräte, optische Geräte und Präzisionsgeräte (außer Gläser) – Transport boxes for the health authorities in Norway

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of transport boxes for blood bags, in different size intervals, to the health authorities in Norway and the Norwegian Armed Forces. The stated estimated number for each type of transport box applies for the entire contract period. The number of transport boxes that will be ordered per annum has not been determined, and the ordering volume can, therefore, vary throughout the contract period. Tenders are wanted for transport boxes in the following size intervals: Sub-contract 1: Small transport boxes For small transport boxes, we would like two size intervals for the health companies in Norway and two size intervals for the Norwegian Armed Forces. Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 3 - 4 whole blood bags (for the health authorities). Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 7 - 8 whole blood bags (for the health authorities). Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 1 - 2 whole blood bags (for the Norwegian Armed Forces). Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 7 - 8 whole blood bags (for the Norwegian Armed Forces). The estimated number of small transport boxes for the health authorities in Norway is 250 per size, total 500 units. The estimated number of small transport boxes for the Norwegian Armed Forces is 400 with volume capacity to 1 - 2 whole blood bags and 135 with volume capacity to 7 - 8 whole blood bags. Sub-contract 2: Medium transport boxes Medium transport boxes with volume capacity to (450ml) 14 - 16 whole blood bags (for the health companies and the Norwegian Armed Forces) The estimated number of medium transport boxes is 750 for the health companies and 145 for the Norwegian Armed Forces. Sub-contract 3: Large transport boxes For large transport boxes, we would like to have one size interval for the health companies and two size intervals for the Norwegian Armed Forces. Large transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 28 units. Full blood bags (for the health companies and the Norwegian Armed Forces) Large transport boxes with volume capacity of (450ml) 65 – 80 whole blood bags (for the Norwegian Armed Forces) Estimated number of large transport boxes with volume capacity for 28 whole blood bags is 430 for the health authorities and 100 items for the Norwegian Armed Forces. The estimated number of large transport boxes with a volume capacity of 65 - 80 whole blood bags is 55 for the Norwegian Armed Forces. In addition an option is wanted for the purchase of the following: -Spare/wearing parts (list all possible wearing parts and spare parts, such as cooling elements, sealing lists, shoulder straps, etc.) Any wearing and/or spare parts included in the fulfilment of the minimum requirements no. 18 shall be free of cost for the Contracting Authority. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate of information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The four health regions need to transport and store an estimated volume of 20,000 litres of full blood and/or blood components in rotation between the health authorities and the Norwegian Armed Forces in times of crisis. Transport boxes are therefore wanted in different size intervals, as the amount of bags that shall be transported and rotated between the companies and the Norwegian Armed Forces will vary. The boxes shall also be able to be used in ordinary operations if required. See Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications and Annex 1 - Price Form for each sub-contract for further details.
