The subject of the public procurement is the performance of restoration and related works in the field of railway repair concerning the historical freight wagon Lp 510 217 with the aim of bringing this wagon to a fully exhibition-ready state and to the historical appearance specified in the restoration plan, to the extent allowing its movement on tracks under specific conditions (i.e., it must be possible to tow the wagon on the public railway line at reduced speed). The detailed technical specification of the subject of the public procurement is given in the “Restoration Plan – Freight Wagon for Beer Transport, inv. no. 35400 Freight Wagon for Beer Transport Lp 510 217”, prepared by the expert team of the National Technical Museum in August 2022, revised February 2026, which is part of the tender conditions published on the tenderer's profile.
