The contracting authority wishes to address the needs identified within the hospital, based on the needs assessment report no. 364/10.08.2026 approved by the unit's management and endorsed by the Board of Directors of Satu Mare County Emergency Hospital Decision no. 9/18.08.2026, updated in accordance with the publication of CANAMED modifications. The mission of SJUSM is to provide high-quality medical care in a safe and comfortable environment, so that patients benefit from the best possible care. The basic principle of our quality policy is patient orientation to identify their needs and expectations as accurately as possible and to satisfy them by providing individualized care, treating the patient in their uniqueness and not the disease as a general conceptualized patent. In achieving the specific objectives of the institution, the role of medicines supplied to patients is indispensable because they directly influence the medical act, the degree of patient satisfaction and the results obtained. We cannot afford to put the health and lives of patients at risk by exposing them to the risks associated with the lack of medicines. Therefore, in the context of the above, in order to ensure the continuity of medicine supply, the contracting authority has organized this procurement procedure. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: CS: annually or as often as necessary, depending on the number of admissions. AC: For each lot in part, min and max quantity in accordance with the provisions of CS-ANNEX; CS: For each lot in part, max quantity in accordance with the provisions of CS-ANNEX; CS: For each lot in part, max value of a CS in accordance with the provisions of CS-ANNEX; Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, with minimum and maximum quantities estimated. The deadline by which AC will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information will be the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with art.160 in conjunction with art.161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 days.
