Spain – Advertising services – Contrato mixto de servicios y suministros para la consultoría técnica en comunicación, posicionamiento de marca y dinamización comunitaria del Programa Campus Rural, incluyendo material promocional y merchandising.

The present contract aims to provide consultancy services in communication and digital marketing for the Rural Campus Programme, as well as the ancillary supply of promotional material and merchandising related to its execution. The service provisions will include the planning, coordination, operational execution, and monitoring of communication and dynamisation actions related to the programme. In particular, they will include the development and application of communication criteria, the creation of dissemination materials and media, the basic planning and coordination of content and messages, as well as the dynamisation and support of the participants in the programme, through actions such as welcome sessions, thematic webinars, follow-up actions and visits to students who carry out internships in the rural area. Furthermore, as part of the development of the planned communication and dynamisation actions, the contract will include the supply of promotional material and merchandising directly related to the Rural Campus Programme. This supply will be ancillary and instrumental in relation to the service provisions and will be aimed at supporting the promotional, dissemination and identification actions of the programme, without constituting an autonomous or independent purpose. The service provisions and supply are directly linked to each other and are complementary for achieving the communication, positioning and community dynamisation objectives of the Rural Campus Programme, configuring a single functional unit.
