Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Tragwerkplanung zum Neubau einer Mensa für die Grundschule Grethen Bad Dürkheim

The Grethen Primary School in Bad Dürkheim was built as a two-stream primary school in the early 1990s. As part of the all-day school law, the city of Bad Dürkheim receives funding from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate (GaFöG) for the construction of a canteen with a kitchen and ancillary rooms. The new building is to be constructed in single-story design next to the existing school building. The City of Bad Dürkheim is therefore tendering the structural engineering design in accordance with § 73 VgV. The subject of the tender are the performance phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI with the basic and special services exactly designated in the draft of the engineering contract (fee schedule). The services will be provided during ongoing school operations. A phased commissioning is planned.
