Belgium – Pension fund management services – EXTERNALISATIE RESPONSABILISERINGSBIJDRAGE STATUTAIRE MEDEWERKERS

This contract concerns the insurance technical outsourcing of the pension obligations of C-smart dv with regard to the solidarity contributions due to the Federal Pension Service (FPD) for the retirement and survivor's pensions of (former) statutory employees and their beneficiaries. The chosen insurer is responsible for building and managing reserves aimed at financing the future solidarity contributions related to the pension rights acquired by 31 December 2025, under clear contractual guarantees regarding capital protection and yield.
