Tender for the development of the functional and architectural concept of an IT system for the management of receivables in the Municipal Roads Authority in Warsaw. The tender is a two-stage, restricted procedure; in Stage I, Solutions are evaluated, and in Stage II, the Tender Works, including a demonstration test module. The author of the selected Tender Work may be invited to negotiations in the framework of a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, in accordance with Article 214(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the Tender Regulations and the PPU.
