The contracting authority, in accordance with § 35 and § 101 of the Public Procurement Act, has divided the public contract into the following 2 parts, which are being tendered in a single tendering procedure. Part 1: Construction and installation insurance. Part 2: Liability insurance for damages. The tender documentation sets out the conditions for the award of all parts of the public contract, unless it is explicitly stated that a specific provision applies only to a certain part of the public contract. The contracting authority, in accordance with § 101(2) of the Public Procurement Act, allows a tender to be submitted for any number of parts of the public contract, at the discretion of the tenderer. The selection of the tenderer will be made separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the selected tenderer for each part of the public contract.
