In the objects of the UMEER Shumen (including the Shumen and Targovishte departments), personal protective equipment and collective protection equipment, collectively referred to as PPE, are used as follows: insulating operating rods; insulating rods for placing portable earthing devices; voltage indicators; phasing indicators; dielectric gloves; dielectric boots over 1000V; dielectric overshoes up to 1000V. The Contracting Authority envisages periodic and extraordinary electrical tests, in accordance with Ordinance № 22 of 8.5.2006 for testing of electrical protective equipment in operation (Ordinance № 22), for the following PPE used in the objects of UMEER Shumen. The term for the execution of the public order is 60 (sixty) months, from the date of entry into force of the contract, but no earlier than 01.01.2027.
