The contract concerns the supply, by way of lease with an option to purchase (with zero residual value), of artificial turf flooring and the execution of the necessary ancillary works for the repair of the base on which the turf will be laid in the football field of the Polideportivo Francisco Laporta, for its correct installation, as well as its maintenance during the duration of the contract. This action also includes the marking of the transverse fields for Football 7 in this facility. This field, which is in intensive use, provides continuous service to its sports clubs. It also includes the performance of the necessary maintenance tasks to ensure the correct condition, functionality and safety of both surfaces during the stipulated period. The current surface shows a significant degree of deterioration, a consequence of continued use, exposure to adverse weather conditions and accumulated wear and tear over time. This condition compromises both the safety of users and the quality and functionality of the service provided. The planned action aims to ensure safe, accessible and quality sports practice, by means of the complete replacement of the artificial turf, adapting the facilities to the technical and regulatory standards required by the corresponding sports federations.
