The City of Salon (hereinafter the contracting entity/buyer) invites tenders for the procurement of a recruitment system in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is a browser-based recruitment system as a ready-made solution and software service (SaaS) for the City of Salon to manage and coordinate the recruitment process and temporary staffing. The ready-made solution is sought to be a quickly implementable and continuously evolving software service from the supplier's side. The procurement consists of the following main components:

• Recruitment system

• Temporary recruitment system

• Implementation project, incl. main user training & test plan

• Support and maintenance services

• Possibility to use the training material

• Integration possibilities

The aim is to obtain a reliable and user-friendly recruitment system for the city. The system must also offer a user-friendly and as automated as possible platform for managing and coordinating substitutes. The aim is a clear and easy-to-use tool for the entire organisation. The system must be up-to-date and innovative. The system must include the software supplier's support services and introductions to possible new features for users. In addition, the system must have good and efficient reporting and analytical features. The contract period is scheduled to commence in February 2028. The contract will be made as a currently valid contract, with a six-month notice period on both sides. The requirements for the subject of the procurement, i.e. the recruitment system, are described in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
