The general objective of the present procurement is the implementation of a CRM platform (Migration of CRM Grids to Salesforce Lightning) in order to manage various business processes based on client requests (end clients: consumers, producers, prosumers, developers, electricity suppliers), to improve client relations, to optimise business processes and to increase operational efficiency. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline for submitting participation requests, in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law 99/2016, as subsequently amended. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting participation requests/offer: 19 days. Any requests for clarification regarding the award documents will be submitted in the SAP ARIBA Procurement System. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification regarding the award documents will be published in SEAP.
