This consultation is a divided contract, and its subject is the management of seven out-of-school care facilities, educational Wednesday activities and leisure centre for the Communauté de Communes Coeur du Pays Haut. Out-of-school and leisure care without accommodation is an essential local service for families: it enables parents to balance family and professional life and contributes to children's education. The Communauté de Communes Coeur du Pays Haut (CC CPH) entrusts a service provider with the management and operation of the Collectif de Mineurs (ACM) facilities, namely:

- The out-of-school childcare service for primary school children, during out-of-school hours, i.e. mornings, middays and evenings from Monday to Friday, as well as all day on Wednesdays, except public holidays

- The out-of-school childcare service for primary school children, during out-of-school hours, i.e. during school holidays from Monday to Friday, except public holidays

The CC CPH is responsible for 7 sites listed, which represent the 7 lots
