The subject of the public contract is the implementation of energy-efficient measures in the contracting authority's buildings using the EPC method. This is a comprehensive public contract including preparation, including project design, implementation/construction of the designed measures, and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implemented energy-efficient measures (for a period according to the SES, in the case of the City of Kuřim at least 15 years), where the contractor, with whom the Contract will be concluded, will provide the contracting authority with contractual guarantees/guarantees for achieving the contractually agreed savings in energy costs and for achieving the expected economic benefits of the project. The contractor will propose specific energy-efficient measures and include them in the EPC project, which will then be implemented in the building(s). This project must also include the implementation of so-called mandatory measures specified in Article 2.6 of the Basic Document of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter also "TD"). The proposed energy-efficient measures will, according to the contracting authority's assumptions, cover the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and the consumption of hot and cold water. The contractor bears the respective risk of failure in achieving savings through the implementation of the measures it proposes and implements. The subject of the performance of the public contract is, in accordance with the above, at least this scope of activities: 1. proposal of energy-efficient and possibly other measures and technologies for the use of RES for the contracting authority's buildings (see place of performance of the public contract), 2. preparation of the relevant implementation and project documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures, if the given measure requires it, or technical documentation for professional measures, where project documentation for building permit or implementation documentation for construction (TZB - technical equipment of the building) is not required by the Building Act, 3. ensuring the formalities associated with obtaining a building permit, if the proposed measure will require it, 4. supply and installation of all energy-saving measures (including any building-related measures) and technologies for the use of RES "turnkey", 5. preparation of documentation of the actual implementation of the proposed and mandatory measures, 6. preparation of operating rules for the newly installed equipment, 7. training of the contracting authority's employees in the operation of the newly installed equipment, 8. financing the construction of all measures (the contracting authority does not provide advances), using grants and the contracting authority's own resources 9. energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the warranty, including inspection of the installed equipment, 10. provision of a guarantee for achieving the expected cost savings for the contractually agreed period (for the duration of the warranty). 11. Communication and cooperation with the processors of applications for grants for the agreed installed measures.
