Description

Security reception, access management and control, surveillance and guarding services, for the benefit of the Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA), divided into two (2) lots and supported by the PFC Sud. Lot No. 1: DGA Essais en Vol (13) / Lot No. 2: DGA Techniques Navales zone Sud Est (83, 04 and 06). The contract projects involve the following main activities: a) Continuous services: - static guarding of access with secure reception, filtering and access controls (vehicles and/or pedestrians), management of entry and exit flows, management of access badges, escort following the sites; - static and/or dynamic guarding and surveillance of sites through patrols to be carried out by a security agent; - monitoring of intrusion or fire alarms, video control, management of alerts and doubt lifting; - “security” monitoring (operation of fire, theft, vandalism, natural deterioration, flooding security systems) of exterior buildings and/or green spaces. b) Occasional services: Activities listed above, static and/or dynamic guarding and surveillance of sites through patrols to be carried out by a canine security agent (Lot No. 2), carried out as needed and upon request, notably during reinforcement operations, particular events, exceptional events or replacement. Electronic response is mandatory for all candidates. Only candidates with sufficient economic and financial, technical and professional capabilities, with a secret (or very secret) clearance, and who have been admitted (cf. article 6.7, 2 of the consultation regulations (RC)) will be authorized to submit a bid. Prior to the preparation of the bids and in order to allow the admitted candidates to assess the constraints related to the subject of each contract, a site visit must be carried out. To this end, the economic operators whose candidacy has been declared admissible by the contracting authority will be invited via the PLACE website to contact the site correspondents.
