The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of brand-new, unused computer equipment for the organisational units of the Uniwersytet Rzeszowski. The order has been divided into 4 parts (4 tasks): Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a stationary computer set and a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Science and Technology Dean's Office. Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of a tablet for the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of monitors for the Faculty of Social Sciences Dean's Office. Task No. 4: Sale and delivery of a monitor for the Faculty of Biology, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development. 2. A detailed description and the method of implementing the order is contained in the Subject of the Order Description (OPZ), which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act. 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the PZP, the ordering party envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the proceedings if the public funds that the ordering party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 5. The ordering party does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The ordering party does not require the provision of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. 7.
