Finland – Construction work – KVR-urakka, TVT Pääskysillankatu 4

Construction of new buildings using the KVR contract model; multi-storey residential building and parking garage with courtyard works to be implemented in the Pääskyvuoren area of Turku. The contract type for the project is a fixed-price comprehensive turnkey contract (KVR contract), including building and technical building services works as well as the completion of the designs, work and implementation plans in accordance with the tender documents, based on the starting data of the site investigation and design guidelines. The project includes one A-energy class multi-storey residential building of approximately 2300 m2. In addition, a parking garage, courtyard and traffic areas will be constructed on the plot in accordance with the contract programme. The access roads to the plot will be implemented in accordance with the plans.
