The City of Delmenhorst intends to construct a new rescue station at the new Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst (DKD). The rescue service, together with the specialist department for new construction and expansion measures, has already developed a space programme and coordinated it with the cost bearers. An approximate gross floor area (GFA) of 2,100m² is assumed. The building plot for the rescue station, with an area of 4,115 m², is located directly next to the new Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst. The plot is on a slope and has a height difference of up to 3 m. The construction costs (cost groups 300-500) are currently estimated at approximately 5.4 million euros net, according to an initial cost estimate.
