France – Detergents – Fourniture de produits détergents et désinfectants pour dispositifs médicaux au profit du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Nord Franche-Comté - Relance des lots n°3 et n°5

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entirety of the renewal periods. For lot no. 3 only, candidates provide free of charge, as part of their tender, samples of all the products necessary for the implementation of the proposed protocol. The present consultation concerns the relaunch of lots no. 3 and no. 5 of the contract relating to the supply of detergent and disinfectant products for medical devices for the benefit of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Nord Franche-Comté. It covers the acquisition, provision, restocking and delivery of products intended for the needs of the establishments members of the group, within the framework of the reprocessing and disinfection of medical devices. This new consultation follows the unsuccessful declaration of lots no. 3 and no. 5 of the formalised procedure GHT-2025-051 for reasons of general interest of a technical nature related to a redefinition of the functional need in order to better take into account the constraints of use of the services concerned, notably in terms of contact time, simplicity of the use protocol and adequacy to field practices. The contract aims to guarantee, throughout its duration, the continuity of the public hospital service and the availability of the products, in compliance with the regulatory, normative and professional requirements applicable in terms of hospital hygiene, sanitary safety and medical devices.
