Preparation of project documentation: at the stage for building permit, at the stage for building execution, in the scope according to the valid building act and implementing decree to the building act - hydrogeological and geological survey of the affected locality - geodetic survey of the locality - technological design of ČOV, which will be processed using mathematical modeling - discussion of the project documentation at the stage for building permit with the affected authorities - ensuring the issuance of a binding building permit - determination of the method of waste disposal, the method of using the movement of materials - preparation of the safety and health protection plan at work (BOZP) on the construction site - preparation of the evaluated budget and the blind list of construction works, supplies and services with the statement of quantities - provision of cooperation and technical assistance in the tendering procedure for the selection of the contractor according to law no. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended - performance of the designer's supervision (note: formerly author's supervision) - all subsequent activities necessary for the preparation of the project documentation and obtaining the building permit for the future public contract for construction works entitled „ČOV Volyně“.
