The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the processing of project documentation, including a schedule of quantities and a control budget for the extension (new construction) of Building II in the area of the elementary school V Cibulkách, Na Výši. The documentation will serve as a basis for the public contract for the construction contractor. The performance of the public contract will also include the preparation of project documentation using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, and this will be to the extent and in a manner corresponding to the requirements arising from the valid and effective legal regulation, in particular from Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the management of information about construction and the built environment, including related implementing legal regulations. A detailed specification of the subject of the performance is contained in the contract template and its annexes, which is contained in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation.
