The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices for the Wojewódzki Hospital named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the quantities and parameters specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the Buyer's staff, on the terms set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the contract are defined in the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. The contract is implemented as part of project no. FEPD.04.05-IZ.00-0009/24 entitled "Improving access to high-quality outpatient specialist care at the Wojewódzki Hospital named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża" within the framework of the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 Priority IV High-quality public space Action 04.05 Investments in health protection.
