Belgium – Software package and information systems – Accord-cadre relatif à l’acquisition d’un logiciel de gestion à destination des Centres de Repos et de Soins pour Personnes Âgées de la Communauté germanophone de Belgique

The present contract concerns the acquisition of an integrated management software and the related services for the residential and care centres for the elderly (WPZ) of the German-speaking Community of Belgium. The procedure will be carried out in the form of a competitive dialogue, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with a single service provider. The software must in particular cover the administrative management of the residents, the care and well-being management, the accounting and billing of the residents, as well as the interfacing with other systems.
