Ireland – Catering services – Request for Applicants to Participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of restaurant, hospitality and catering services during Ireland’s EU Presidency

The services comprise: the provision of restaurant-based catering and associated hospitality services for official meetings, dinners, receptions and related Tier 2 and 3 events hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Dublin City. The services will be required for an estimated 40 to 50 events during the period from September to December 2026, with attendance ranging from 20 to 115 persons per event.
