The Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives (CEA) launches a call for tenders for the supply of a high-voltage coaxial cable for a flash radiography application. The contract provides for the following steps: The supply of a technical description of the cable describing the cable structure in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference with: the composition of the cable, a cross-sectional view, the definition, the characteristics and dimensions of the various materials... - The supply of a 150m length of cable without connectors in accordance with the definition accepted by the CEA - The performance of tests on this cable by the CEA to validate the definition - In the event of defects revealed by these tests (malfunctioning of the type of breakdown on a test following an extrusion or manufacturing process problem, for example), return of the cable for analysis by the Contractor and depending on the defect: either revision of the cable definition, supply of a new 150m length of cable of new definition and performance of new tests or termination of the contract if no solution is found. - In the event of a satisfactory definition, the supply of 64 cables each 15m in length equipped with 2 connectors at each end and the supply of the assembly definition file for the cables (cable with one connector at each end).
