Czechia – Construction work – Léčebna zrakových vad Dvůr Králové nad Labem - Design & Build

The subject of the public contract are services and construction works consisting of the design (including the provision of related engineering activities) and construction of a new building – the new building of the Eye Clinic in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, including related buildings and facilities, using the Design & Build method, all in accordance with the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers ("FIDIC") Conditions of Contract for Design, Build and Operate Projects for Electrical and Mechanical Plant, and Civil Engineering Works, designed by the Contractor ("FIDIC YELLOW BOOK"). The subject of the contract is also the provision of energy management services for the building for the first 3 years of operation of the Eye Clinic. The contracting authority further requires the processing of the building information model in all project stages, including the actual execution of the construction. All will be carried out using Building Information Modelling (BIM), in accordance with Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the management of information about construction and the built environment and on the amendment of certain laws, and in accordance with the currently valid legislation relating to this law, especially the currently effective decrees.
