Creation of a Dynamic Procurement System (DBR) for the procurement of foodstuffs for AK. The procurement quantity for the entire duration of the DBR is: (A) Meat and meat products

(B) Frozen products

• Balatonfüred: 3 804 kg

• Harkány: 4 394 kg

• Hévíz: 6 591 kg, 1 225 units

(C) Bakery products

• Balatonfüred: 4 140 kg, 10 160 units

• Harkány: 15 295 units

• Hévíz: 4 900 kg, 36 000 units

(D) Other foodstuffs

• Balatonfüred: 5 084 kg, 39 753 units, 651 boxes, 5 020 liters

• Harkány: 3 817.50 kg, 66 499.00 units, 800.00 boxes, 2 686.00 liters

• Hévíz: 8 425 kg, 104 909 units, 1 980 boxes, 10 271 liters

(E) Fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs

• Balatonfüred: 7 741 kg, 10 130 units, 125 bundles

• Harkány: 7 710 kg, 7 224 units, 465 bundles

• Hévíz: 16 939 kg, 31 699 units, 3 635 bundles

According to AK's 58. § (1) the quantity deviation is +20%, meaning AK is entitled to call off an additional quantity corresponding to 20% of the base quantity above the base quantity. AK will specify the actual quantity of the procurement in the tendering phases for the respective tendering period. The DBR will cease to exist for the respective part if the quantity, including the quantity deviation, is exhausted. According to AK's 106. § (4) the following procurement items are understood under the categories for this procedure, to which reference will be made as "product categories" in this procedure and in procurements carried out within the framework of the DBR: • (A) Meat and meat products ("meat") • (B) Frozen products ("mirelit") • (C) Bakery products ("bakery products") • (D) Other foodstuffs ("dry goods") • (E) Fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs ("vegetables") Within the categories, AK intends to carry out the tendering phases for 3 performance locations (8230 Balatonfüred, Mikes Kelemen u. 2., 7815 Harkány, Bajcsy Zsilinszky u. 1., 8380 Hévíz, Erzsébet királyné útja 1.) with the provision of partial tenders. AK intends to carry out the tendering phases for periods of 3-6 months.
