Germany – Engineering-design services for traffic installations – GVFG Dresden-Klotzsche - Demitz-Thumitz, Planungsleistungen in 3 Losen

The infrastructure project "Electrification Dresden - Bischofswerda / Demitz - Thumitz" is to be planned to improve regional rail services. This will create the conditions for the use of electric and battery-electric vehicles in Lusatia. Starting in 2031, the Free State of Saxony plans to convert the Lusatian SPNV network to electric traction. The basis for this is the pre-planned infrastructure project "Demand-oriented expansion and electrification of the Dresden - Görlitz line" *) for which a preliminary planning has been completed in essential parts. Due to updated and changed boundary conditions, the further planning of the infrastructure project requires an update of the VAst/BAst and a new preliminary planning for partial measures in the section Dresden - Bischofswerda / Demitz - Thumitz of line 6212. All planning objectives were developed with the client of the planning services, the Free State of Saxony. The design and approval planning is to be prepared using the available preliminary design *) In addition, preliminary planning is to be provided for partial measures (e.g. crossover points). The infrastructure project will be divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: km 60.0 (Hp Demitz-Thumitz) – km 79.0 (Bf Arnsdorf (a)) Lot 2: km 79.0 (Bf Arnsdorf) – km 96.0 (Bf Dresden-Klotzsche) Lot 3: Bf Dresden-Friedrichstadt, site search for control post in the eastern station area
