The subject of the order is the supply of reagents for next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, ready-to-use kits, substrates for tuberculosis diagnostics, reagents for assessing the quality of isolated ddcfDNA/free circulating DNA, reagents for diagnosing nocturnal paroxysmal hemoglobinuria, and immunoenzymatic tests for detecting toxins A, B Clostridioides difficile, divided into 6 parts:

PART 1 Supply of reagents for next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis for the MiSeq system by Illumina, Inc. (property of UCKWUM)

PART 2 Ready-to-use kits

PART 3 Substrates for tuberculosis diagnostics

PART 4 Supply of reagents for assessing the quality of isolated ddcfDNA/free circulating DNA, compatible with the Tape Station apparatus for a period of 24 months

PART 5 Supply of reagents for diagnosing nocturnal paroxysmal hemoglobinuria for a period of 24 months

PART 6 Supply of immunoenzymatic tests for detecting toxins A, B Clostridioides difficile in faeces for 36 months
