Germany – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Instandhaltung Radiologischer Systeme

The Charité Facility Management GmbH (CFM), a subsidiary of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, is tendering the maintenance of the equipment/plant listed under each lot. The services will be divided into 18 lots and awarded. The contractor is obligated to ensure the operational readiness of the medical devices and equipment listed under the respective lot at all times, taking into account economic aspects and defined priorities. All services of the contractor must be performed in compliance with legal requirements, in particular the Medical Device Act (MPDG), the Ordinance on the Establishment, Operation and Application of Medical Devices (MPBetreibV), the Medical Device Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/745), and the relevant technical regulations. There are specific requirements under the Berlin Tendering and Procurement Act (BerlAVG), see tender documents.
