Finland – Repair and maintenance services – Suurkeittiölaitteiden huolto- ja korjaustyöt, määräaikaishuoltotyöt ja PTS (pitkän tähtäimen suunnitelmat) 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028

The Procurement Services of the City of Turku Group invites tenders for the maintenance and repair of large kitchen equipment, scheduled maintenance tasks, and long-term plans (LTP) for the period 1.1.2027 (target) - 31.12.2028, after which the contracts may be extended under the original terms with two (2) one (1) year options for the periods 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030 (options). The options are at the discretion of the Purchaser, not an obligation. The procurement is divided into seven (7) different sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1 Pre-preparation equipment (general machinery, vegetable cutters, cutters, blenders, bowls, etc.) and coffee-making equipment Sub-area 2 Cooking equipment Sub-area 3 Ovens, stoves, grills, frying pans Sub-area 4 Distribution equipment (neutral, cold and hot, insulated transport trolleys) Sub-area 5 Cleaning equipment (dishwashers, pot washers) Sub-area 6 Scheduled maintenance tasks for large kitchen equipment Sub-area 7 LTP for large kitchen equipment In sub-areas 1 - 5, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Supplier, for whom two (2) substitute suppliers are selected. Substitute suppliers will be used primarily in situations where the primary Supplier's operations are contrary to the contract or they are unable to provide the service, for example, due to the Supplier's delivery capacity, resource shortage or similar situations. In sub-areas 6 - 7, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Supplier, for whom one (1) substitute supplier is selected. Substitute suppliers will be used primarily in situations where the primary Supplier's operations are contrary to the contract or they are unable to provide the service, for example, due to the Supplier's delivery capacity, resource shortage or similar situations.
