Poland – Laboratory reagents – DOSTAWA ODCZYNNIKÓW WRAZ Z DZIERŻAWĄ APARATÓW, TESTÓW SEROLOGICZNYCH I SPRZĘTU JEDNORAZOWEGO

The subject of the Contract is: - successive delivery of reagents, serological tests, single-use equipment, - rental of apparatuses. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex 1A - Description of the Contract Subject - Price List, which presents the forecasted consumption for 36 months. The subject of the contract is divided into 7 parts with the possibility of submitting partial offers for each part separately.

Part 1: Delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators, consumables, accessories along with the rental of an integrated biochemical-immunochemical system (PLATFORM).

Part 2: Delivery of reagents, controls, consumables, accessories along with the rental of a main and backup automatic analyzer for the coagulation system.

Part 3: Delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators, consumables, accessories along with the rental of two automatic hematological analyzers (main and backup unit) with the ability to measure reticulocyte parameters and body fluid (main unit with BF mode).

Part 4: Delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators, consumables, accessories for blood gas analysis, RBC, oxymetry, metabolites (glucose, lactate), electrolytes (K, Na, Cl, ionized calcium) along with the rental of two main and backup analyzers.

Part 5: Delivery of strips for general urine test along with the rental of a reader.

Part 6: Delivery of single-use equipment.

Part 7: Delivery of rapid serological tests.
