The City of Flensburg intends to construct a modular building for the Förderzentrum of the Max von der Grün-Schule. The focus of the Förderzentrum is on physical and motor development. The important project goal for the new building is to maximise the optimisation of the planning and construction time and to adhere to the cost ceiling. Therefore, both modular and system building methods (also as timber hybrid) as well as other building methods with a high degree of prefabrication are being considered. The contractor shall construct and hand over the building as a turnkey project, ready for use, operation and occupancy by 31.11.2027. The contractor assumes all services required for the construction, including planning, permitting, construction, interior finishing, technical building equipment, site installation, quality control and acceptance, as described in the FLB.
