The subject of the public contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system in accordance with Section 138 and following of the Public Procurement Act for the purpose of awarding sub-contracts for the collection, transport, collection, and subsequent processing/recycling of plastic waste generated during the operation of the contracting authority's facilities.
