Sweden – Public utilities – Lokalt samordnad upphandling avseende elleveranser till Region Stockholm

Region Stockholm is responsible for healthcare, public transport and regional development in Stockholm County. This procurement is a coordinated procurement and includes committees and companies under Region Stockholm, including the Regional Executive Board, the Property and Service Administration, the Subway Expansion Administration, the Health and Medical Care Administration, Locum AB, Medicarrier AB, the Primary Care Administration, the Traffic Administration, AB Storstockholm Lokaltrafik (SL), and Waxholms Ångfartygs AB (Waxholmsbolaget) needs during the Framework Agreement Period. The Traffic Administration has been appointed and given a mandate to procure on behalf of the aforementioned committees and companies. Each committee and company, owned by the legal entity Region Stockholm, has the right to make their own purchases and call-offs under this Framework Agreement. The entities will, however, be successively connected to this Framework Agreement, based on when their respective existing agreements expire. Locum, which accounts for approximately 40% of the electricity consumption that the Framework Agreement ultimately aims to include, will be connected from 2026-11-01. SL/WÅAB, which accounts for nearly 60% of the electricity consumption that the Framework Agreement ultimately aims to include, will be connected from 2028-01-01.
