Germany – Software programming and consultancy services – Erstellung und Betrieb eines Onlineportals für grüne Berufe

With this tender, a contractor is to be found who will undertake the creation, as well as the subsequent operation, hosting, support, maintenance and care, and the continuous further development of a cross-border online portal for green professions. The legal basis for the project is the Law to Improve Online Access to Administrative Services (OZG), which came into force on 14.08.2017. The contracting authority is the Landwirtschaftskammer Nordrhein-Westfalen, represented by the Director of the Landwirtschaftskammer, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority. The contracting authority acts in its own name, but in the interest of the steering and coordination group of the project "Digitalisierung des Berufsbildungsmanagements im ländlichen Raum" (AZUBIdigital). In this project, 14 federal states have joined forces to develop the AZUBIdigital portal together. The participating countries (hereinafter: alliance partners) want to use it as independent clients and integrate their existing specialist procedures for vocational training. The development project is fully funded by federal funds, and the operation is financially supported by the alliance partners. An EVB-IT system contract (see annex) will be concluded with the selected contractor. Details can be found in the tender documents in the description of services and annexes.
