Management and operation of the Grand Chalon waste disposal network. Contract divided into 2 lots. The contract will be executed from 01/02/2027 for a duration of 6 years to allow the contractor to amortise its investment expenditure over a reasonable period. Indeed, the investments relate to the acquisition of compacting skips, classic skips, an electric loading machine and PL-type vehicles. - This contract is subject to an obligation to take over the staff of the current contractor, under the FEDERREC Collective Agreement. The details of the staff concerned and the payroll are given in Annex No. 10 of the tender dossier.
