Helicopter transport with helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and emergency response operations: The contractor undertakes to provide a helicopter for planned maintenance work and predominantly unplanned maintenance work/emergency response operations in the OWP of the contracting authority. Personnel and material are to be transported between Emden or Borkum, depending on the call-off by the contracting authority, and the OWP. Depending on the task schedule, it may be necessary to fly to several locations, even across parks. The contractor must ensure that a helicopter is available when the contracting authority has informed the contractor of the operation by 19:00 the day before for planned operations. For unplanned emergency response operations, the contractor's helicopter must be ready for take-off within a yet-to-be-agreed notification time. The contracting authority expects an offer with flight minute prices exclusive of fuel for different minimum purchase quantities, specified in a matrix provided by the contracting authority, which will be made available with the invitation to tender. The flight minute prices can be awarded depending on the day of the week. The consumption of the helicopters is also to be listed (if necessary depending on wind and load). The helicopter must meet the requirements per lot under average wind conditions.
