Task no. 1 – Specialist dressings and kits for cardiological procedures, Task no. 2 – Kits for ablation and pacemaker implantation, Task no. 3 – Introducers with a tearable sleeve. 2. The subject of the contract includes delivery, unloading in accordance with the price offer and detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex no. 1.1 – 1.3 to the SWZ.
