France – Programming services of application software – REALISATION DU SYSTEME D’AIDE A L’EXPLOITATION DES MOYENS AUDIO-VISUELS (SAE MAV) ET PRESTATIONS ASSOCIEES

The present contract concerns the definition of the conditions and modalities for the provision of services related to the design, development, integration, commissioning, training, maintenance and assistance of the Audio-Visual Means Exploitation Assistance System (SAE MAV). Each software subsystem obtained by configuring the SAE MAV product will carry out the supervision and control-command functions of the MAV system of the line from its operating station. The SAE MAV is a modular software product intended to ensure the supervision and control-command functions of the audiovisual means of the RATP transport lines, whether they are metro lines (operated from PCCs) or RER lines (operated from CCUs). It includes a common product base, functional domains (structured around Use Cases - CU) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) adapted to each environment. Each configuration of the SAE MAV product will be adapted to the specific operational requirements of the line in question, notably by integrating line-specific customised functions, ergonomic parameterisation of the HMIs, as well as the ability to meet the challenges of scalability, security, reliability, and expected performance. The objective is to have a modular, industrialisable, integrable, maintainable, and configurable product for several lines, while supporting operators in change management, notably in response to the emergence of new uses (communicating trains, automation, enriched interactions, etc.).
