Receipt and processing (neutralisation or recovery) of stabilised, dewatered municipal sewage sludge, generated in the process of wastewater treatment and sludge processing by the Contractor of waste with code 19 08 05 from the area of the Łódzkiej Aglomeracja Miejska Group Sewage Treatment Plant, and their transport to the processing site. Processing of waste excluding: the recovery process defined as R10 in Annex No. 1 of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (Dz.U. 2023, poz. 1587 with later amendments), i.e. surface treatment bringing benefits to agriculture or improving the environmental status; applications contained in art. 96 para. 1 of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (Dz.U. 2023, poz. 1587 with later amendments). The detailed Technical Specification is contained in the tender documents. The tender is divided into 2 parts. Contractors may submit offers for 1 or 2 parts.
