The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the aforementioned date will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response, and as a result, it will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
