France – Buildings associated with transport – Marché de réalisation des petits bâtiments sur l'ensemble du linéaire (BAT LIGNE)

The contract subject of this consultation, named the "BAT LIGNE" contract, concerns the construction of the "small" buildings in line with the T13 Tram Phase 2 project, within the remit of the contracting authority of Île-de-France Mobilités, namely: A building that will house the rectifier substation (SSR) at the Rue de La Bruyère in Poissy; A building that will house the signal control room (LTS) on the Avenue de Versailles in Poissy, for the needs of the cross-communication associated with the Poissy RER station; Any finishing work that may be necessary on the building previously constructed as part of another construction contract associated with the urban maintenance centre and which will house an SSR; A building that will house the SSR and the LTS in the area known as "Chêne Feuillu" at the Route des Loges in Saint-Germain-en-Laye; Two buildings planned at the Achères Ville RER terminus: one that will house an LTS, an SSR and the operations room (LEX) and the other that will consist of a secure space for bicycles; In the event of a partial terminus at Poissy RER, a provisional operations room at the Poissy RER station at the Place de l'Europe in Poissy (in an optional section). This contract provides for: For the construction of the SSR, LTS and LEX buildings: The installation of the site (footprint and base camp); The excavation and the specific VRD for the buildings; The structural and technical work (including electrical, plumbing, possible VMC, SSI) excluding video surveillance. For the construction of the secure space for bicycles at the Achères Ville RER terminus: The building's infrastructure, the supply of materials, the installation of equipment and the necessary connections for the proper functioning of this secure space.
