Poland – Road transport services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie transportu pacjentów dializowanych w Stacji Dializ dla Szpitala Powiatowego w Chrzanowie (powtórka postepowania) - sprawa 100/2026

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services (pick-up and return) of dialysis patients from their place of residence to the Dialysis Station of the County Hospital in Chrzanów and back. The transport will be carried out by the Contractor's vehicles in a group system, taking into account the place of residence, health condition and mobility of the patients. The service will be provided in accordance with the schedule (Dialysis Plan) approved by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor undertakes to provide punctual transport, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Dialysis Station.
