The section N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny (approx. 15.8 km) runs from km 56.222 at the boundary of Branch 1 (Estavayer-le-Lac) to km 72.000, Project area EP Martigny & Umgebung, completed in 2023. It includes the two half-interchanges of Bex and the interchange of St-Maurice. The project aims to remedy certain infrastructure deficiencies and extend its service life by approximately 15 years. The works mainly concern the replacement of the surfacings, the adaptation of the rest areas and measures on several civil engineering structures. Individual for each procurement. The present call for tenders concerns the services of the project manager (APR) and the local site management (DLT) traffic for the entire section and for the phases from the intervention conception (MK) to commissioning (MS). Main services • Traffic planning phase: Development of the traffic management concept (CGT) and the initial GUC. • Provisional marking and safety: Definition of the temporary marking and the safety equipment. • Traffic management facilities: Planning and coordination of the traffic regulation and signalling facilities. • Final horizontal signalling: Restoration of the final markings after the works. • Site supervision (DLT + Coordination): Supervision of the implementation, on-site adjustments and participation in the interdisciplinary coordination. Objective: To ensure the safety, smooth running and readability of traffic during all project phases.
