Sweden – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Skötsel, tillsyn och reparationer av tekniska installationer (E5)

The procurement concerns services for inspection, maintenance, and repair of technical installations in buildings. The assignment includes operational monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and remedial and preventive measures to ensure the functionality, operational safety, and energy-efficient use of the systems. The technical installations include, for example, heating, ventilation, cooling, and electrical systems, as well as associated control and regulation equipment. The supplier must provide the necessary competence and resources for effective and quality-assured management of the installations. The procurement will result in two contracts, one per contract area. It is therefore possible to win one or both areas and separate contracts are written for each. Halmstads Fastighets AB (HFAB) is a non-profit housing company owned by Halmstad Municipality. The company owns and manages approximately 11,000 rental apartments and a large number of premises throughout the municipality. HFAB's mission is to develop and manage properties on a commercial basis and to contribute to a long-term sustainable housing market and social development.
