France – Museum-exhibition services – Tables Universelles de Médiation (TUM) - Prestations de réalisation, fourniture d'équipements, installation, formation et maintenance

The Musée du Grand Siècle (MGS) is a new departmental museum of the Hauts-de-Seine dedicated to the history and art of the 17th-century French period, understood as a long period from Henri IV to the Régence (1590-1725). It is located on levels N1 and N2 of the Bâtiment Charles X as part of the renovation of the former Caserne Sully in Saint-Cloud. The museum consists of three closely linked entities, gathered on the same plot by the Seine and the Parc de Saint-Cloud: - The main building, called "Charles X" - reception and museum route (levels N1 and N2); - The research building, called "Pavillon des Officiers" - not accessible to the public; - The new mediation building, called "Pavillon Belvédère" - mediation and temporary exhibition spaces. The collections of the MGS bring together part of the Rosenberg donation, important deposits from national or local museums, and works acquired by the Département des Hauts-de-Seine. Paintings, sculptures, furniture, engravings, medals and art objects are presented thematically and pedagogically. The present consultation concerns the implementation, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of the Universal Mediation Tables (TUM) intended for the rooms of the permanent route of the Musée du Grand Siècle. The TUMs constitute the central in situ mediation device of the MGS. They aim to offer all audiences - including people with disabilities - a rich, accessible and coherent mediation experience, combining: - Sensory mediation devices (relief plans, tactile models, physical manipulation devices, relief and braille prints); - Multimedia mediation devices (interview videos with slideshows, dynamic infographics, audio, interactive applications broadcast on touch screens); - Display cases for objects from the collections. Each TUM is designed as an autonomous museum furniture object, integrating all of these components into a wooden and metal structure consistent with the graphic and architectural identity of the MGS.
