The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive renovation of residential buildings located in Helsinki's Pukinmäki, as a lump-sum contract including all LVISA works in addition to building technical works. The renovation target is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, located on the city of Helsinki's plot 37043/2 (Madetojankuja 2, 00720 Helsinki). The estimated start date for the contract is 01.04.2027 and the estimated start date for construction is 03.05.2027.

RENOVATION PROJECT INFORMATION

- The target was completed in 1977

- The target consists of six residential buildings, which are five-storey buildings. In addition, the target has a parking area and 7 commercial premises, one of which has been used as a community space for residents. 3 commercial premises are converted into apartments as part of the contract. The community space is converted into another commercial premises as part of the contract.

- A total of 195 rental apartments, 198 rental apartments (12 438 m2) after renovation

RENOVATION IMPLEMENTATION

- Residents will move to temporary accommodation during the renovation work. The contract begins with the residents' move-out. The move-out and move-back are included in the contract.
