The subject of the contract is the supply of LAN network switches for the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. The description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1 to the SWZ entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract. The remaining conditions for the execution of the contract are defined in the Draft Contract Terms, which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act. The contracting authority does not envisage the Contractor carrying out a local inspection. The contracting authority requires the submission of a tender. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify the Contractor in accordance with point 9.18 of the SWZ.
